Museums10 is a partnership of seven outstanding college museums with three unique neighboring museums. It offers visitors an unparalleled opportunity to experience the art, books, and history of many periods and cultures. Clustered within the gently rolling countryside of the Pioneer Valley (all but one being within the Five College area), the museums make an ideal destination. Their collections, which encompass objects of antiquity to contemporary installations, appeal to every taste and age group. The members of Museums10 are The Emily Dickinson Museum, The Eric Carle Museum of Picture Book Art, Hampshire College Art Gallery, Historic Deerfield, Mead Art Museum at Amherst College, Mount Holyoke College Art Museum, The National Yiddish Book Center, The Amherst College Museum of Natural History, Smith College Museum of Art and the University Gallery of UMass Amherst.
